All orders will be shipped out via Canada Post Monday-Thursday // Minimum two 4-packs per order // You must be present for the delivery // Must be 19+ with two valid pieces of ID in order to accept the package

FAQ:

“I’m looking for a specific beer, but I can’t find it on your store.”

We will always try our best to have our core beers on the store year-round. As for our seasonal and one-off beers, you can find them here, but they likely won’t last for too long. Our inventory is tied to the tasting room, so what we have on our store is what we have available to sell.

“My beer shipped but I haven’t received it yet!”

Depending on your location and the shipping method you selected, your package can take anywhere from 1-10 days to arrive. From time to time, there may be delays with Canada Post which is out of our control. When your order ships you will receive a tracking number to follow up on your order. If you have any shipping questions after your order has shipped, please reach out to Canada Post.

“I chose the pickup option but now I need my order to be shipped.”

No problem! Send us an email, tastingroom@yellowdogbrew.com, with your name and order number and we can change your order. You will then be given information on how to pay for the shipping charges and track your item.

“I placed my order, but I want to change the beer/merchandise.”

If your order has not yet shipped, we can change your order for you! This may result in a partial refund or an additional charge depending on the price. If you want to change your order, please contact us ASAP.

“I am buying this for someone else, is that okay?”

Certainly! As long as you and the person you’re buying for are of legal age. Just make sure that they will be able to receive the package and they have two pieces of ID.

“I live outside of BC, can I still buy your beer?”

Unfortunately, the answer is no. However, you can buy and ship merch worldwide!
